TGI Action Items©

For fast feed-back and fast feed-forward decision making.

THE DECISION SITUATION FOR THIS TIME

Deciding what is important in interviewing prospective employees.
TGI Action Items is one tool in the TEAMS GET IT family of tools.  With it  team members first suggest action items that might contribute to making a decision. Then, they select their preferences.

The sample screens shown below are for a fictitious but realistic situation of a team deciding what is most important to watch for while interviewing prospective employees.
Grab a cup of Coffee and look at the following screens.
Step 1 : This screen shows team members adding their ideas.
Step 2 : Team members select their preferences.  The number to select is a part of the session set up.
Step 3 : This shows the number of times each idea was selected.
Step 4 : Click on a number in a green circle and see made that selection.
Step 5 : Clicking on the Conclusion button shows a final report with all data.  The Conclusion report is automatic with no set up and includes all the data.

The best thing now is for us to get online for a few minutes and walk through the session. It is simple and easy but like with all software, some introduction is useful. Click on the button and please include Action Items in the subject line.
THE ACADEMY
The Academy of Culture Ambassadors is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. It has two main areas of emphasis:
  • Education for creating and sustaining healthy workplace cultures.
  • Decision support software
Jerry admires charitable non-profits for their practices of being frugal, smart on use of resources, and focused on purpose.

Volunteers are a key component of human resources for non-profit organizations. They are the backbone and perform work out of love for the organizations operating philosophies and purpose.  The Academy seeks to resemble the same with volunteer team members.

We will do what we can for volunteers, employees, customers, and all other associates to feel like they are the owners of the Academy.
